I’m Erica (she/her). I’m a multi-hyphenated individual —relational psychotherapist, writer, and a person who is in progress of learning and growing. My goal as a therapist is to support others who are in progress too while creating a space for you to show up authentically.
As a creative individual, I express myself through writing, photography and other outlets which helps me understand my clients who identify as creatives and artists. I support clients to work towards self-compassion, build healthier relationships, and find peace with their bodies, food and/or identities. In between sessions, I love going for a jog in the park, seeing my favorite artists play shows around the city, or finding ways to connect with my community like planning events around wellness, food and art.
